We headed on down to Carnaby Street for the Style Night sponsored by GQ. It seemed the whole of London had the same idea with crowds spilling out of shops and taking advantage of the 20% discount and of course the entertainment.

Carnaby Style Night

The night was aimed at the males of London with free shoe shining, an F1 simulator, GQ trend talks, whisky tasting and many more.

First stop was the free drink from the Cirque Le Soir’s pop up bar in Kingly Court, with entertainment in the form of ladies on stilts keeping us occupied while we queued.

It wasn’t long before our bellies were doing the talking so we made our way into the new Pizza Pilgrims in Kingly Court which also were doing 20% off, how could we say no!

I stuck with the same as last time and went for the wonderful bianca Carbonara pizza.

Lawrence went for the Nduja – the added kick from the spicy sausage always his favourite.

Lawrence has been looking for a new suit so we popped into one of the quieter shops on Carnaby Street – El Ganso. Some gorgeous jackets and shirts in there and even better when you’re presented with a glass of red wine on arrival (although maybe a tad risky around all the clothes)!

Annie Mae’s mac ‘n’ cheese even made an appearance as well, which seemed to prove a great hit after all the free drinks.

It was a good evening although maybe a tad too busy in the shops themselves to really browse through but worth popping into on the next event they do in the area.
